Surviving Finals Week 101
1. Start studying!!
Prepare for exams early! Let yourself digest the information so you feel better prepared for your exams. No one ever does well cramming the night before.
Do not procrastinate. Do not pull all-nighters. Refer to step 1 and study throughout the day. Go to bed early and well rested for your final.
3. Eat healthy. For once.
Studies show, you will perform better on your exam without the distraction of a grumbling stomach. Food is fuel for the brain.
4. Take a break here and there.
Treat yourself to a break! Whether it is curled up on the couch watching Netflix or lifting weights.
